Breakfast

Breakfast combines a buffet with à-la-carte choices. Eggs and bacon are cooked to order, while white and wholemeal sourdough bread is baked on the estate. Orange juice is squeezed and bottled that same morning, and the yoghurt is homemade. The table is completed with fruit, nuts, medialunas, ham, cheese, granola, maicena alfajores and espresso coffee. Animal and plant-based milks are available subject to availability. Guests leaving early may request an earlier or takeaway breakfast by 18:00 the previous day.

Breakfast is preferably served at the restaurant. With advance notice, service in the Villa or Cava Experience may be requested; it is not a regular in-room service for the other room categories.
