Abrasa Viva fire
Beside the historic aguaribay, Martín Vallesi and his team prepare an Argentine asado around the fire. The experience offers a closer look at the cuts, techniques and work with the embers before everyone sits down at the table. The menu brings together an olive oil tasting, asado, vegetables, dessert and wines selected to accompany the meal.
Fire pit beside the historic aguaribay. Dinner is held outdoors. In winter or on particularly cold days, it may be served inside the restaurant.
